Cartorga is operated by Cartorga AG, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. All data is hosted in Europe on ISO-certified infrastructure and processed in a GDPR-compliant way. No sensitive data touches US cloud infrastructure. This file follows the llms.txt convention (https://llmstxt.org).

## What Cartorga does

- Interviews every stakeholder in parallel, running more than 100 natural voice conversations at once instead of a sample of 20 to 30 people.
- Learns how a consultant runs discovery from the calls they already do, then scales that approach across the organisation.
- Returns evidence-backed findings: every insight is traceable to what was actually said, and anything without evidence does not appear.
- Keeps judgment with the firm. The interviews and the work stay the consultancy's own.
